Typomania Moscow International Festival — cultural and educational project dedicated
to the type, typography, calligraphy, motion-design, interactive design.

Typomania has been held annually in Moscow since 2012. The festival travel to some cities as well: Budapest, St. Petersburg, Tomsk, Arkhangelsk, Ulan-Ude, Ulaanbaatar, Norilsk, Krasnoyarsk.
The Typomania 2021 exhibition took place at the Museum of Moscow (Russia, Moscow).
In 2021, Typomania had held in two modes: the exhibition and the online conference (4 days on May). Two dozen russian and foreign specialists prepared their lectures for Typomania.

MAIN THEME
No matter what is the keynote of Typomania 2021, this festival is always about the letters.
It includes different font types projects, and combines typography with calligraphy and innovative technology.
It changes the visual aspect of culture affecting the appearance of letters. Recently, there have been a lot of projects with display custom fonts.
The logo letters demonstrate different font characteristics and affiliations with different categories. This reflects the diversity of Typomania, as well as some trends in font design.
